aBOUT CHEVAWN HILLS
Chevawn Antoinette Hills was a native of South Carolina who tragically passed away on September 14, 2022. She was the eldest of 8 and a mother of 3 who also adored her nieces and nephews . Chevawn truly believed that family came first and also put her family first.

Chevawn had a passion for doing hair for her clients and make her clients feel beautiful. "Che-Che" as she was affectionally called would always say "when a client comes to sit in my chair, I have the power to transform them and make them beautiful, it's an art! That is something that makes me happy and my heart smile."

Through the T.C. Murdock Foundation The Chevawn Hills Scholarship Foundation was established to continue the passion Chevawn had for cosmetology and barbering. This scholarship will help young women and young men in underserved communities pursue a career in cosmetology and barbering.
